Sintered PE ball is a porous filtration element made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) as the main raw material through high temperature sintering process. Its core features are high porosity, strong corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties, which are widely used in liquid-solid separation, gas-solid filtration, chemical treatment and other fields. The products achieve uniform pore size distribution through scientific proportioning and sintering technology, and support customized production to meet the needs of different working conditions.

    Production process of Sintered PE Balls

    1. Raw material mixing: mix UHMWPE powder with additives (such as carbon fiber) according to scientific ratio.

    2. Mould filling: the mixture is loaded into the mould and formed into pre-products by pressing molding technology.

    3. High-temperature sintering: Sintering in sections at low, medium and high gradient temperatures (200-300°C) to form a three-dimensional mesh microporous structure.

    4. Demolding and post-processing: demolding after cooling and processing such as cutting, grinding or welding.

    5. QC & Packaging: Ensure the products are qualified and then packaged through bubble uniformity test, pressure resistance test, etc.

    Advantages of Sintered PE Balls

    1. High filtration efficiency: Uniform pore size, can retain particles above 0.22μm, gas-solid filtration efficiency up to 99.9%.

    2. Easy regeneration and maintenance: support physical backwashing (compressed air/water) and chemical cleaning (acid and alkali immersion) to prolong service life.

    3. Chemical compatibility: no adhesive additive, in line with GMP/FDA standards, suitable for pharmaceutical and food grade filtration.

    4. Economical: Long service life (can be re-washed 5-8 times), the comprehensive cost is only 1/5 of traditional filter media.

    5. Environmental protection: the material is non-toxic and odorless, recyclable, in line with the requirements of circular economy.

    1. Pharmaceutical and biological engineering: I.V. solution, vaccine production of decarbonization filtration, clarification of biological preparations.

    2. Water treatment: pure water preparation, water reuse, sewage treatment (such as oily wastewater, electroplating solution filtration).

    3. Chemical and energy: catalyst recovery, acid and alkali solution filtration, oil and gas separation.

    4. Food and beverage: alcohol clarification, fruit juice filtration, dairy products sterilization.

    5. Environmental protection and industry: gas dust removal (such as PM2.5), powder transportation support, silencer materials.
