1. Material
- Perforated plate: stainless steel (304/316L), carbon steel galvanized, titanium alloy and so on.
- Composite mesh: multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh (plain, twill, mat weave).
- End cap/skeleton: stainless steel or engineering plastics (e.g. PP, PTFE).

4. Surface treatment
- Polishing, electrochemical passivation, sandblasting, plating (e.g. nickel, Teflon).

1. Punching plate processing
- Laser/CNC punching machine punches regular holes in the metal plate to form the supporting skeleton.

2. Composite mesh preparation
- Multiple layers of wire mesh are superimposed (coarse mesh + fine mesh) and fixed by diffusion welding or high temperature sintering.

3. Roll forming
- Roll the perforated sheet and composite mesh into cylindrical shape and weld the joints.

4. End cap assembly
- Weld or cement stainless steel end caps to ensure sealing.

5. Surface treatment
- Cleaning, polishing and passivation to enhance corrosion resistance.

6. Testing
- Air tightness test, precision calibration, pressure burst test.
