Sintered metal mesh filter basket is a kind of high-efficiency multi-layer composite filtration element, combining the characteristics of perforated metal plate and multi-layer wire mesh, suitable for high-precision and high-strength filtration scenarios. Its core structure consists of perforated metal support layer, coarse filter layer, fine filter layer and protective layer in order from outside to inside, which are compounded by precision welding or sintering process, combining mechanical strength and deep filtration ability, and can effectively intercept particles of different sizes, while ensuring high flow rate and low pressure loss.

    Production process

    1. Punching plate processing
    - Laser/CNC punching machine punches regular holes in the metal plate to form the supporting skeleton.

    2. Composite mesh preparation
    - Multiple layers of wire mesh are superimposed (coarse mesh + fine mesh) and fixed by diffusion welding or high temperature sintering.

    3. Roll forming
    - Roll the perforated sheet and composite mesh into cylindrical shape and weld the joints.

    4. End cap assembly
    - Weld or cement stainless steel end caps to ensure sealing.

    5. Surface treatment
    - Cleaning, polishing and passivation to enhance corrosion resistance.

    6. Testing
    - Air tightness test, precision calibration, pressure burst test.
