Product Introduction
Stainless steel fiber sintered felt is made of extremely fine stainless steel fibers (diameter accurate to micron) by non-woven paving, stacking and sintering at high temperature. The finished felt is formed by different pore size layers to form the pore gradient, which can be controlled to get very high filtration precision and larger dirt-holding capacity, with three-dimensional mesh, porous structure, high porosity surface area, pore size distribution uniformity, etc., which can continuously maintain the filtration effect of the filter surface. Product Description
Iron-Chromium-Aluminum Fiber Sintered Felt is a long-lasting, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, high-temperature resistant, deformation-resistant, non-carbon-accumulating, flexible, foldable, and uniformly pore-sized metal fiber sintered felt. It features extremely high porosity and dust-holding capacity, making it widely applicable in fields such as automotive exhaust treatment, burners, boiler retrofits, gas air conditioning, glass annealing, food baking, ovens, heaters, coating and paper industries, and drying applications.
High-temperature dust removal series: Iron-chromium-aluminum dust removal filter cartridges are a new type of filter material that can truly withstand high temperatures, operate in harsh environments, and provide excellent filtration performance. Compared to non-metallic dust removal filter bags, which have a maximum temperature resistance of no more than 300°C, and stainless steel dust removal filter cartridges, which have a maximum temperature resistance of no more than 450°C, iron-chromium-aluminum dust removal filter cartridges have a higher temperature resistance, reaching up to approximately 900°C. The filter material of iron-chromium-aluminum dust collection filter cartridges is made from iron-chromium-aluminum fibers that are opened by an opening machine, then processed into cotton through a special process, and finally sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace. Due to its deep labyrinth-like structure, it has excellent filtration performance. It is suitable for harsh high-temperature dust collection environments in industries such as steel, power generation, and waste incineration.
Purification Series: Iron-chromium-aluminum fiber sintered felt is widely used as a filtration and purification material in chemical industries and diesel vehicle exhaust emission control systems compliant with Euro IV standards. The Fe-Cr-Al alloy porous body features a three-dimensional mesh-like structure with pore sizes of 0.1 mm and a porosity of 85%, making it the optimal choice for use as a catalyst carrier material.
