Production process of sintered bronze filter
1. Raw material processing: choose spherical bronze powder (particle size 50-80μm), mix it evenly through ball mill.
2. Forming process: loose sintering (powder directly into the mold) or isostatic pressure molding, mold material for cast iron, graphite or alumina.
3. Sintering process: vacuum sintering or hot press sintering, temperature range 800-1070°C (depending on the powder composition adjustment), time 20-60 minutes.
4. Post-processing: fully automatic cleaning to remove impurities, chemical plating/electroplating surface enhancement (to improve abrasion resistance), strict quality inspection (porosity, compression test).
