lvyuan sintered bronze filter is a porous metal filter element formed by high temperature sintering process using bronze powder as raw material. The core process includes loose loading sintering of powder (without pre-pressurized molding), and the formation of a uniform pore structure through precise control of sintering temperature and time. With high porosity (10%-50%), customizable pore size (0.5 microns to hundreds of microns), and high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, the products are widely used in the field of fluid filtration, separation and purification.

    Parameters of sintered bronze filter

    1. Filtration precision: 0.5 micron to 120 micron, supporting nanoscale filtration needs (e.g., Manufacturer A's 0.5 micron grade products).

    2. Porosity: 10%-50%, 15% increase in pore distribution uniformity, 10% increase in filtration efficiency.

    3. Temperature resistance: conventional working temperature -40°C to 300°C, high temperature resistance up to 450°C (reduction environment) under special process.

    4. Mechanical strength: compressive strength 100-300MPa, tensile strength 3-5 kg/mm², can withstand 20MPa high pressure.

    5. Material composition: 89% copper + 11% tin, some products add nickel, chromium and other elements to enhance corrosion resistance.

    Production process of sintered bronze filter

    1. Raw material processing: choose spherical bronze powder (particle size 50-80μm), mix it evenly through ball mill.

    2. Forming process: loose sintering (powder directly into the mold) or isostatic pressure molding, mold material for cast iron, graphite or alumina.

    3. Sintering process: vacuum sintering or hot press sintering, temperature range 800-1070°C (depending on the powder composition adjustment), time 20-60 minutes.

    4. Post-processing: fully automatic cleaning to remove impurities, chemical plating/electroplating surface enhancement (to improve abrasion resistance), strict quality inspection (porosity, compression test).
