Production process of porous plastic tube
1. Raw material processing
Crush and dry the raw materials such as PVC, PE or PP, control the moisture ≤ 0.5% to ensure the purity of the material.
2. Melt extrusion
Through the three-screw extruder heated to 220-250 ℃, pressure 10-20 MPa, through the die extrusion molding. The mold design determines the porosity (25%-30%) and wall thickness uniformity.
3. Cooling and shaping
Adopt 20-30℃ water tank for rapid cooling to avoid deformation and ensure dimensional stability.
4. Cutting and Inspection
Precision cutting to standard length (6-8 meters), compression test, appearance inspection and size measurement.
5. Packing
Packed with moisture-proof and environmentally friendly materials, suitable for long-distance transportation.
