    PA MICROPOROUS SINTERED FILTER ELEMENT/FILTERROD REGENERATION METHOD

    Physical method: Since the filter rod has good mechanical properties and will not rupture, 0.6Mpa compressed air can be used for back-blowing to remove slag, and the back-blowing also plays the role of capillary regeneration but the particles accumulated in the filter layer after a long time of use will affect the filtration speed, and chemical regeneration must be carried out at this time.

    Chemical method: put the blocked PA filter rod in the concentration of 5%-10% acid or broken liquid diffusion bubble, so that the micro material blocked in the filter layer neutralization, and then backwash with water or air backwash clean, the filter rod filtration effect can be restored.

    PA filter advantages

    1. Excellent chemical stability
    Extensive corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid), strong bases (such as liquid alkali), organic solvents (such as methanol, ethanol, acetone) and aldehydes, and has good compatibility with ester, ketone, and ether solvents below 80℃.
    No adhesive additive: no chemical adhesive in the whole production process, to avoid secondary pollution, in line with GMP, FDA standards, applicable to the pharmaceutical and food industries.

    2. excellent physical and mechanical properties
    High strength and toughness: strong impact resistance, transportation and installation is not easy to damage, can withstand high-pressure working environment (the highest differential pressure 0.6-1.5MPa).
    High temperature resistance: short-term resistance to 130 ℃ saturated steam sterilization (30 minutes), long-term continuous use of temperature up to 80 ℃.
    Lightweight design: the specific gravity of the material is only 0.5-0.7g/ml, reducing the load on the equipment.

    High precision filtration: uniform pore size distribution, the highest precision of 0.3μm, can efficiently intercept 99.9% of the particles.
    Easy regeneration and maintenance: support gas/water backwashing, rapid deslagging and regeneration;
    chemical regeneration (acid dissolves clogging), extending the service life to more than 3 years.
    Consistent internal and external pore size: thick filter layer and stable structure, high pressure still maintains high efficiency, and particles are not easy to be embedded when backwashing.
