Oxygen Concentrator Filters Production process
Oxygen concentrator cartridge production is divided into two stages: “Filter material processing” and “Cartridge assembly”:
Filter material pre-treatment:
Raw material inspection: the filter paper is inspected by light, and the pinholes and breaks are repaired (coated with latex).
Folding: The filter paper is folded according to the template, and the excess is cut to make sure that the pleats are evenly spaced to increase the filtration area.
Filter cartridge assembly:
Gluing and fixing: the paper core is positioned by conveyor belt, and the mechanical arm is double-sided gluing (polyurethane adhesive), bonding the end cap and the protective net.
Edge trimming: cut the edges and install the sealing ring (closed-cell rubber) to ensure air tightness.
Performance test: test filtration efficiency, resistance and sealing, package after passing.
Key technology: industrial filter element adopts “wide pleat folding technology” to enhance the dust capacity; medical filter element needs aseptic environment production.
