    Features of sintered filter tube

    - Material diversity: optional stainless steel (304/316L), titanium, nickel-based alloy and other corrosion-resistant materials.

    - Structural advantages: porosity up to 35-45%, pore size range 0.22-100μm, support high precision filtration.

    - Deep filtration: the curved pore structure extends the impurity retention path and improves the dirt-holding capacity.

    Production Process of sintered filter tube

    1. Raw material processing:
    - Metal powder graded and screened or screen stacked and pressed to ensure particle/screen uniformity.

    2. Molding process:
    - Powder is pressed and shaped by mold, or silk screen is folded into tubular structure.

    3. High temperature sintering:
    - Sintering at high temperature (approx. 1500°C) in a vacuum furnace to form a stable porous structure.

    4. Post-treatment:
    - Cleaning, polishing, surface coating (e.g. to enhance corrosion resistance).

    5. Quality control and packaging:
    - Porosity, pore size distribution, pressure resistance test and other full-process testing.
