Production process of sintered stainless steel filter
Powder Preparation: Select high-purity stainless steel powder and make spherical particles by atomization or reduction process.
Forming: Fill the mold with powder and form porous blanks by cold isostatic pressing or molding.
Sintering: Sintering at high temperature (1100-1300°C) in a vacuum or protective atmosphere (e.g. hydrogen) to form a metallurgical bond between particles.
Processing: Cutting, welding, and surface polishing of the sintered cartridge.
Testing: Ensure the performance is up to standard through bubble point test, permeability tests, compressive strength tests, etc.
