High-Flow Sintered PP Filter Suppliers in China | Reliable Chemical Resistance Factory Solutions

The Sintered PP Filter, or polypropylene sintered filter, is an advanced porous filtration solution manufactured using high-temperature sintering technology with polypropylene (PP) powder as the primary material. This filter features a unique three-dimensional micro-porous gradient structure, characterized by a sparse outer layer and a dense inner layer, enabling both deep and surface filtration. With an impressive porosity of over 50%, this filter boasts exceptional chemical stability, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and avoids any deregulation issues. As a leading choice among suppliers in China, our Sintered PP Filter is extensively utilized across various industries, including water treatment, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food and beverage processing. Our factory ensures high-quality production standards, making us a reliable partner for your filtration needs

    Production Process
    1. Raw material mixing
Mix polypropylene powder with additives in proportion to ensure material homogeneity.
    2. High-temperature molding
Heating and melting at about 150℃, and pressing into the initial embryo through the mold.
    3. Cooling and shaping
Use circulating water to cool indirectly and solidify the structure quickly.
    4. Sintering process
    • Primary sintering: sintering at 700-750℃ to form a porous skeleton structure.
    • Vacuum sintering: in the argon gas protected environment at 1000-1380℃ to eliminate pore cracks and enhance the densification.
    5. Post-processing
Cutting, polishing, testing (e.g. bubble point test, integrity test).

    Frequently Asked Questions
What materials are used to manufacture these filters?
The filters are made of high-quality Polypropylene (PP), which provides excellent chemical compatibility and resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents.
What is the filtration accuracy range?
The standard filtration accuracy ranges from 0.1μm to 100μm. Customized specifications such as 0.3μm, 1μm, and 5μm are also available based on specific requirements.
What are the temperature and pressure limits for these filters?
The conventional working temperature range is -30°C to 100°C (with high-temperature models reaching up to 125°C short-term). The conventional working pressure is ≤0.4MPa, while high-pressure models can withstand up to 50bar.
Can the filters be reused or regenerated?
Yes, these filters offer a long service life and can be regenerated through back-washing, resulting in a high reuse rate and cost efficiency.
Are these filters safe for food and pharmaceutical applications?
Yes, the production process uses no adhesives, and the filters comply with FDA and GMP standards, making them fully suitable for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
