    Production Process

    1. Raw material mixing
Mix polypropylene powder with additives in proportion to ensure material homogeneity.
    2. High-temperature molding
Heating and melting at about 150℃, and pressing into the initial embryo through the mold.
    3. Cooling and shaping
Use circulating water to cool indirectly and solidify the structure quickly.
    4. Sintering process
    • Primary sintering: sintering at 700-750℃ to form a porous skeleton structure.
    • Vacuum sintering: in the argon gas protected environment at 1000-1380℃ to eliminate pore cracks and enhance the densification.
    5. Post-processing
Cutting, polishing, testing (e.g. bubble point test, integrity test).

    Product Advantages

    • Chemical stability: Acid and alkali resistance, organic solvents, suitable for corrosive media filtration.
    • High-precision filtration: The minimum precision can be up to 0.1μm, effectively retain microorganisms, colloids and so on.
    • High flow rate and low resistance: Gradient pore design, large dirt-holding capacity and low differential pressure.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What material is the filter cartridge made of and what are its chemical properties?

The cartridge is made of Polypropylene (PP). It features outstanding chemical stability, offering high resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and various organic solvents like ethanol and acetone.

What is the filtration accuracy range of this product?

The standard filtration accuracy ranges from 0.1μm to 100μm. Custom specifications such as 0.3μm, 1μm, and 5μm can also be tailored to meet your specific filtration requirements.

What are the maximum operating temperature and pressure limits?

The conventional operating temperature range is -30°C to 100°C (with short-term limits up to 125°C for specific models). The standard working pressure is ≤0.4MPa, though high-pressure models can withstand up to 50bar.

    Are these filter cartridges reusable?

Yes. Thanks to their durable structural design, the cartridges can be regenerated through back-washing processes, resulting in a high reuse rate and long service life.

Are these filters safe for food and pharmaceutical use?

Absolutely. The filters are constructed without any adhesives, fully aligning with FDA and GMP standards, making them highly suitable for sensitive applications in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
