Production Process of HDPE Block
The production process of HDPE cubes is mainly divided into the following steps:
1. Raw material pretreatment: select HDPE pellets, dry and remove impurities to ensure material purity.
2. Melt Extrusion: HDPE pellets are heated to 220~260℃ by extruder, and then injected into precision molds for molding after melting.
3. Cooling and Shaping: Adopt water cooling or air cooling system to cool the product quickly to ensure the structural stability and dimensional accuracy.
4. Post-processing: cut into square shape, surface polishing to eliminate burrs.
5. Quality control and packaging: pass the drop test, chemical safety test, etc., and then packaged and shipped out after passing the test.
