Production process of pe rod
Select HDPE or UHMWPE pellets, drying treatment (temperature ≤ 80 ℃) to remove moisture.
Heating and plasticizing by twin-screw extruder, temperature is controlled in stages (160℃→220℃), and the mold is designed to ensure smooth flow path.
Vacuum sizing tank to control the outer diameter, spray water cooling (water temperature 10~25℃) to reduce internal stress.
The traction speed is synchronized with the extrusion, and the precision cutting equipment ensures that the length error is ≤1mm.
On-line testing of wall thickness, outer diameter, sampling for hydrostatic test (such as GB/T 6111 standard).
