Our dedicated facility houses advanced sintering lines where precisely controlled heat and pressure are used to fuse polymer particles (materials bonded together without melting), creating interconnected open-cell porous structure. We manage the entire process in-house, from raw material selection and blending with additives and treatments to the final sintered plastic part. Rigorous QC checks (dimensional, airflow, porosity, pore size distribution, bubble point tests) ensure every batch meets specification. Our commitment guarantees high filtration efficiency (often achieving 99.8% particle retention at specific micron ratings) and consistent performance.
